Drive thru order - they shorted us 4 QP and when I told the guy at the window he said oh f'n well. I pulled forward and went inside requested to speak to the manager on duty. The lady at the counter yelled for the manager and when the manager got there she called the drive thru employee to come speak with us. He then said the burgers were in my bags and my "fat cracker a$s" just ate them. The manager laughed and said there was nothing she could do for me since I didn't have any proof and asked me to leave.
This review is based on 1 visit to this location on 6/18/2017 at 11:00 AM. The food was delicious and made fresh to order. The ice tea tasted a little old. It's probably time to clean the ice tea maker. Lots of flies in the dining area and restroom. Everything looked clean.
Went above and beyond to make my twin girls' experience awesome there. There are so many McDonalds you really notice when there is an exceptional one. This one is! Manager and staff are service-minded and we were grateful for it.
As far as McDonalds goes.. This is the best one around!!
